27th Annual Affair of the Heart Auction

This year’s theme is the “Red Carpet Affair”. The doors open at 5:00 p.m. with Happy Hour from 5 to 6 p.m. There are a variety of silent auctions that run from 5 to 8 p.m. An exquisite dinner, provided by Bravo! of Overland Park will be served at 7 p.m. (Cost for the meal is $35; a table for 8 is $320). Featherstone Drive, a rock ‘n roll band from St. Louis, will provide the musical accompaniment and after dinner entertainment. The Live auction will begin after dinner at approximately 8:30. Proceeds from the event assist Lutheran High in providing scholarships to students and for school needs outside of the traditional budget. This year’s “Fund the Need” will focus on needs connected to the opening of a new wing for the 2016-17 school year. Come and enjoy good food, fellowship, and music.
