The Lutheran High School of Kansas City, Board of Education, exists to promote and advance the mission and vision of the school. The Board of Education is comprised of seven members. The Board of Education members are elected to The Lutheran High School of Kansas City Board of Education. The Board of Education develops the policies and procedures of The Lutheran High School of Kansas City. The Board of Education appoints the Executive Director to manage the day-to-day operations of The Lutheran High School of Kansas City. The Board of Education members reside in the Kansas City Metro Area. 

The Board of Education and Executive Director meet each month at The Lutheran High School of Kansas City. Agenda, minutes and Board of Education policies and procedures are maintained by the Board of Education Chair.
